本機(jī)是一種篩選固體物料的顆粒分級(jí)篩，適用于粉劑線上作業(yè)配套也可單機(jī)作業(yè)，該機(jī)性能可靠，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、操作簡(jiǎn)單。
本機(jī)由機(jī)座、機(jī)殼、進(jìn)出料推進(jìn)裝置、電動(dòng)機(jī)等五部分組成，采用圓型篩網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)，被篩選的物料在筒內(nèi)被括板不斷地翻動(dòng)，形成了物料在筒體內(nèi)不斷的更新推進(jìn)，細(xì)料即在篩中落下，粗料繼續(xù)向前在粗料口中排出。
The machine is a sizing screen for screening solid material granule, suitable for matching operation in powder-line and also in single operation, with reliable property, smooth operating, and simple operation.
The machine is made of stand, machine shell, feeding and discharging materials motor, which adopt cylinder-type mesh structure.The smashed materials are rolled over in the barrel by wiper, so as to make materials constantly updated and advanced inside the barrel. The fine materials fall down from the screen, and the crude materials continue to be advanced and discharged from crude material exit.
